Team health, culture and performance drives organizational success and is more complex to manage relative to individual performance; oraTeams leverages an experiential approach to help teams habitually expand perception and awareness of the bigger picture and focus on
shared values and objectives. It is designed to teach team members how to manage individually and collectively through stressful times with an unfailing, palpable vibe of trust, energy, commitment, focus and patience.
