For Teams

Team health, culture and performance drives organizational success and is more complex to manage relative to individual performance; oraTeams leverages an experiential approach to help teams habitually expand perception and awareness of the bigger picture and focus on shared values and objectives. It is designed to continually build relatability and cohesion between diverse team members so they can problem solve and drive change together. We teach team members how to ,individually and collectively, manage through stressful times with an unfailing, palpable vibe of trust, energy, commitment, focus and resilience.

Our curriculum is customized to the nuances of the team, organization and business cycles. We will customize this solution around what works for our clients. The team journeys for 12-15 hours over 6-12 weeks.

oraTeams offers a unique interplay between team mindset development and a shared energy management practice. It first constructs a stable foundation for the team to examine its perception of itself and its ability to meet corporate objectives. The team explores how its collective experience and performance is negatively impacted by factors such as  fear of conflict or failure, lack of commitment and avoidance of accountability. The team explores what takes its energy away from focussing on shared priorities and challenges.
